Our Business Terms
Refund / Exchange
We offer a no quibble, money back guarantee on any item you wish to return within 14 days of purchase, provided the goods are unused and boxed. For a refund or exchange please get in touch via the Contacts Page. Simply indicate in your message the following: invoice number, name and contact details and what you are returning. If you wish to exchange your product for another please indicate this in your message with the product you wish to receive. Please remember to ask the post office for a free proof of postage receipt as we regret we are unable to provide refunds for goods that are lost or delayed in the post. Your return postage and packaging is non refundable and if you are requesting an exchange you may be charged additional postage.

Replacement items will be sent should an item be damaged in transit, or in the case of the manufacture requesting a product recall then either a replacement or refund will be issued.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, no problem. We will be happy to refund you once we receive your product back unused and in its original packaging. Please e-mail or telephone us before you return any items/orders so we can look out for them, and make sure you provide us with your full name and address and invoice number so we can find your order on our system.

With all resin cast parts there will always be a small amount of shrinkage during the curing process, and whilst we try to ensure our dimensions are correct we do need to allow ± 1mm depending on the size of the final part.
We try to use a water-based resin where possible, reducing the use of solvent based products and possible waste going to landfill.
We recycle all paper and packaging and where possible use it to pack all out going orders, thus reducing our carbon footprint and expenditure on packaging materials.
We use renewable biological feed stocks such as corn starch, and is biodegradable (a few years outdoors for a thin part) in our 3D printer.
All the photo etch detailed parts are manufactured by a local company in Scotland which means there are no issues with chemical waste, health and safety or environmental problems produced by us.
